Liberty Strikes Victoria with Sell Out Crowd to see Dean Clifford
Victoria, BC – On Saturday, 22 June 2013, a standing room only crowd gathered to spend the day with famous sovereign Dean Clifford for a full day seminar and fundraiser entitled “Land Stewardship & Lawful Property Use.” Dean concisely delivered content which covered various jurisdictions of law including Statutory law, Civil law, Administrative law, Common law, and beyond all based on decades of personal experiences.
Dean went deep into the logic of divestment, human rights, LEGAL capacity, property, and more. His remarkable wit and humour made for a memorable day that attendees will be sure to cherish for many years. There were countless golden nuggets of foundational and procedural actions captured by the audience as Dean laid the basis for life, liberty and property while expanding in detail on specific questions from attendees.
The later portion of the seminar focused on consumer divestment with the underpinning idea that we ‘vote’ with our dollars and our purchasing decisions drive the winners and losers in the marketplace. Through a strategy to balance wants versus needs in our own lives we can and must practice consumer divestment to reflect our values. For example, if you don’t support RoundUp and/or Monsanto products because they destroy life and poison everything on the planet, then stop buying sh!t food from farmers that use these products. Remove the financial power from these insidious corporations and support a market for wholesome, healthy and organic food by spending your dollars on quality food producers. The same concept applies to every purchase you make for transportation, education, energy, personal health, property, and everything else. Be a steward for the land you live on through the commerce you engage in; its your responsibility.
Participants also had the opportunity to hear from freeman Robert Arthur Menard who gave a rousing talk on his first hand experience on how to build an environment of respect and common courtesy with police and judicial servants. Three speakers from We Are Change Victoria who helped with facilitating the event including Paul, Norah and Josh used the occasion to share local solutions that have helped them learn and grow as individuals. The crew at We Are Change Victoria also handed out some great door prizes and hosted an information desk to engage participants with tools to drive awareness around their core planks. People are encouraged to attend the weekly Sunday night meetings at Gorgeous Coffee, 300 Gorge Road West, from 7:00pm-9:11pm to connect with fun and engaged locals.
The seminar was captured by two professional videographers who will make the video content available for members of www.DeanClifford.info; all attendees received a free one-month membership to the site – contact Norah for details.
A BIG thank you goes out to all of the event attendees, especially those who travelled from out-of-province. The event organizers did a fantastic job across the board on logistics and promotions to make the most of the opportunity. Dean has several media stops to make in Victoria before he leaves which we look forward to seeing; keep your eyes and ears open.
A HUGE thank you to Dean Clifford for his efforts in driving to Victoria through the chaos of the Alberta storms. The feedback from event attendees has been overwhelmingly positive. The seeds of liberty continue to grow stronger everyday, the roots are taking hold building a sturdy foundation, and empowered individuals are establishing a paradigm of freedom.
